To learn more about our benefits and offers, check out the Brilliance at Work Booklet Distribution & Planning Coordinator Location: Tronox - Russell Road Henderson W.AEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentRoster: 38-hour week (Compressed 9-day fortnight option) About the Role Tronox is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a highly efficient and dynamic Distribution & Planning Coordinator who will be responsible for optimising logistics processes, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction while minimising costs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
This role is a full-time opportunity based at our Henderson Site, where you can work a compressed 9-day fortnight, enjoy every second Friday off

Your key responsibilities will be: Assisting in the management of finished goods inventory at respective warehouse locations, including the replenishment of inventory.
Responsible for preparing documents that physically go with the load.
Report applicable logistics data and analyse information as directed.
Assist, upon request, in the management of finished products in Ocean and Rail containers to customers.
Ensure the order to delivery (OTD) process is achieved at the lowest cost to the customer.
Ensure all containers and trucks are loaded safely and as planned.
Respond quickly and effectively to investigations regarding the logistics processes, including carrier related issues.
Comply with laws and safety regulations regarding all elements of logistics and product movement.
Develop a working knowledge of SAP.
Approval of invoices and assist in dispute resolution Understand and support the maintenance of an effective system of internal controls.
To be successful in your application, you will possess: SAP experience (highly desired but not essential) Prior experience in Logistics (highly desired, but not essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) Highly developed administration and MS Office Suite skills Demonstrate ability to develop new skills and solve problems creatively Work with some level of independence and efficiency in time management along with be comfortable working in a team setting.
