With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years.THE OPPORTUNITY Becoming part of our internal sales team, and located at our corporate HO in Gepps Cross, you will provide an exceptional level of customer engagement and service on both telephone and email, processing orders and collaborating with our external, supercharged sales teams
Broadly, you will also be given opportunity to undertake a raft of scope, including: Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledgeProviding exceptional customer service with Trade customersLiaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team membersUndertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales teamCollaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as requiredStrict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environmentFor this unique opportunity in our team, we're looking for a passionate internal sales and customer service professional, with the following skills and attributes:Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask The ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlinesPassionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationshipsAn eye for detail and order entryA high level of professional drive and motivationA stable track record in phone or face to face customer service and/or salesA willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and paceA fantastic team player
