**The Role**:
**Dashdot is a fast growing organisation, and our ambition is to become the best place to work in Australia.**

**Currently a team of 60, we are looking to rapidly grow this team further in line with the company's growth trajectory.**

**Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to make our team and culture the envy of all other workplaces in Australia.**

**You will be the engineer and builder of the systems, processes and teams that we need to scale our culture.**

**You will manage everything related to Dashdot's people including engagement, recruitment, on/off boarding, remuneration, events and, L&D in alignment with the Head of People & Cultures' strategy.**

**You will be proactive, progressive, innovative and inclusive in the way you think, act, and live.**

**You have a burning desire to revolutionise 'HR' and approach your role with a People First mentality and constantly think outside the box to create this environment.**

**You will have a high degree of action bias, and will love getting things done, and moving fast.**

**You will be managing within a rapidly growing company, so you will be comfortable making informed decisions to set decisive priorities and be comfortable to 'let fires burn' when needed, so you can focus on tasks that will deliver Dashdot and our team with the most tangible value.**

**You will be likeable, personable, and be an energy creator, not an energy drainer.**

**You will implement initiatives designed to drive Learning, Leadership and Growth across the entire organisation.**

**You will implement systems, tools, or programs such as Culture Amp, designed to understand how the team is feeling, how engaged they are, and how their wellbeing is, so that we actively support our team better.**

**You will have a strong bias to always look for new technologies which will amplify and leverage what we are able to accomplish.**

**You will continuously improve our hiring & onboarding processes to build on our culture of excellence, and promote inclusivity, using leading edge tools such as Applied to remove cognitive bias.**

**You will organise regular team and culture days, workshops and events designed to galvanise the organisation, reinvigorate the focus on our mission, and to promote connection across all teams.**
