**People & Culture Generalist (Hybrid)**:

- Full Time, Sydney (preferred)_

The People & Culture Generalist is responsible for supporting the employee experience, working closely with and supporting line management and employees with major focus around payroll processing and HR related administrative tasks.

**As a People & Culture Generalist, you will**
- Manage the monthly payroll cycle & activities with a deep understanding to processing salaries on a software called Micropay.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of current legislation affecting pay and benefits and company policy relating to the legislation in Australia.
- Ensures that salary policy is being adhered to and that all payroll documentation is completed and processed on a timely basis.
- Show required agility to take on additional HR administrative tasks supporting a great employee experience.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting of organizational design, structure, compensation and other factors to help incorporate and drive industry best practices within the organization.

**About You**
- Holding at least 3-4 years plus experience in end-to-end payroll processing for Australia
- Solid working knowledge in Mircopay software (mandatory)
- Demonstrated knowledge in key HR functional areas including and the employee lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in applicable employment laws
- Possessing ability to exhibit agility towards change leading to organizational effectiveness
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
