As a leading Infrastructure provider, we are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Queensland, Australia.

  • Responsibilities will include design management, project coordination, and leadership of multidisciplinary civil projects.
  • Delivering outstanding results requires developing workflow processes to take designs from feasibility to detailed design.
  • Candidate will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior team members in technical areas and project planning.
  • Business development activities including early identification and pursuit of opportunities with internal and external partners.

About This Role

  • Applicants should have a qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) certification with Engineers Australia or equivalent society.
  • Experience in civil engineering within a consulting environment is essential, particularly with expertise in grading and drainage design.
  • Strong connections to the Victorian market along with skills in 3D Design (12D or Civil 3D), design management, and bid writing/tendering are desired.
  • A value-driven individual who excels in collaboration and delivering excellence for clients.
