We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a respected construction company while supporting our office operations.
Key Responsibilities: General office administration and filing, Basic accounts processing and data entry, Supporting the Office Manager and Directors, Managing correspondence and documentation, Assisting with day-to-day office operations, Maintaining organised filing systems.
Required Skills & Qualities: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, Excellent communication abilities, Professional and confident demeanour, Experience with Xero accounting software (or willingness to learn), Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, Strong work ethic and reliability.
