The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to join our Sales team in Perth on a parental leave contract.
This is a key support role that ensures smooth operations, seamless campaign execution, and an exceptional client experience — helping our sales team to shine.
What You'll Be Doing
As our new Client Services Manager, you'll:
Be the operational engine behind the sales team — from bookings and contracts to post-campaign reporting
Support client renewals and help drive revenue growth
Manage incoming leads and assist the team in converting them
Keep our CRM (HubSpot) and reporting accurate and up to date
Liaise with finance and clients on campaign payments and reconciliation
Oversee production deadlines and ad material delivery
Be the go-to for office operations and team event planning
What We're Looking For
Strong admin, coordination or operations experience
Excellent communication skills and a love of detail
Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to learn
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience using CRMs — bonus if you've used HubSpot or Photoshop
A passion for media, advertising, or movies is a big plus
