**The Opportunity**
The role of the **Administration Support Team Leader** is to coordinate the effective operation and supervision of the Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) Program administration support team. The position is expected to provide a high-quality, client focused approach to the services provided by the team. The position is also expected to ensure that all administrative aspects are planned, documented, communicated and implemented in the required timeframes and to a high professional standard. You are also responsible for ensuring that program delivery is in accordance with all contractual and compliance requirements and that all administration support team members are positively contributing to the outcome of the program.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Recruit, induct and oversee individual staff and team performance.
- Ensure roles, responsibilities and processes are well defined and understood.
- Provide opportunities for individual capability growth and development.
- Support the team to act as first point of contact for the SelfEmployment Assistance Program, providing exceptional customer service
- Lead the provision of general administrative support within the SelfEmployment Assistance Program
- Assist with preparing and organising resources to support the delivery of the program nationally
- Liaise with stakeholders across a number of delivery sites nationally
- Meet prescribed program reporting targets (operational and financial) as set by the Self-Employment Assistance Program (SEA) - Operations Manager

- Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate
- A mid-level office administration role in the services industry, preferably employment services or education
- Standard office operating protocols and procedures
- Coordination processes involved in the design and delivery of employment services and training programs
- Customer Relationship (CRM) and Student Management (SMS) Systems
- An understanding of customer-centric service delivery models
