**The Position**

We are seeking a proactive and professional Administration Team Leader to join our Sydney office and lead a high-performing support team. In this diverse and fast-paced role, you'll oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our administration function while providing direct legal assistant support to fee earners.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys balancing hands-on administrative work with leadership responsibilities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Leading and coordinating the administration team (Legal Assistants and Paralegals), ensuring appropriate resourcing, workflow allocation and support.
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Sydney office, including facilities, IT coordination, meeting and event logistics, onboarding and offboarding, and WHS.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and liaise with internal teams (e.g. People & Culture, IT, Marketing) to support broader operational needs.
- Contribute to process improvement, team culture and the consistent delivery of service aligned with the firm's standards.
