**PAYROLL ADVISOR**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Advisor to join our team, based in our Brisbane office at Eagle Farm.

Reporting to the Payroll Team leader and part of the broader people team, the primary function of the Payroll Advisor is to ensure that all aspects of the payroll function for Redpath Australia are processed in an accurate and timely manner and maintaining and expanding the use of payroll systems within the business. There is approximately 1200 employees across 3 different pay runs per month - fortnightly, monthly and expat monthly

**What you'll be doing**:

- Process payroll functions (end-to-end)
- Perform systems administration and maintenance
- Process fortnightly payrolls
- Calculations, taxation and reconciliations as required
- Responding to payroll enquiries
- Keep up to date with changes in Redpath's Enterprise Agreements, changes in personal tax and state government taxes which pertain to Redpath in Australia
- Preparation and reconcile end of financial year processes and payment summaries
- Perform end of month reporting process including GL reconciliations and reports
- Analysing payroll data & more

**Skills & Experience**:

- 1-2 years experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ADP payroll system highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail & simple problem-solving skills
- Experience in payroll data capture, analysis and designing/generating reports
- Outstanding attention to detail ensuring all standards, legislation and compliance are met;
- Ability to pass a National Police Clearance.
