Job Opportunity: Payroll Delivery Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our payroll team as a Payroll Delivery Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments, leave, and superannuation.

As a Payroll Delivery Advisor, you will work closely with our payroll specialists and other teams to deliver high-quality payroll services. You will be required to address payroll queries confidentially and participate in reporting and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll within a medium to large organisation, with familiarity in Oracle or similar payroll systems. You will also possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

You will be responsible for processing contract variations, pay changes, and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements. Additionally, you will work closely with our HR team to ensure that our payroll processes align with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll, including timely and accurate payments, leave, and superannuation.
  • Address payroll queries confidentially and participate in reporting and reconciliations.
  • Process contract variations, pay changes, and maintain compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements.
