Senior Management Role
Develop your skills and experience in a challenging senior management position. We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a workforce at our Lake Vermont site in Dysart, QLD.

You will be responsible for developing a strong performance culture that values everyone's contribution equally. Your key duties will include:
Leading a team of skilled professionals
Implementing effective safety programs
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Driving business improvement projects to promote delivery
You will thrive on meeting goals and challenges while acting with fairness and integrity in all aspects of your work. This is a permanent role with a 9-day fortnight roster and full camp facilities provided.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering (highly desirable)
QLD SSE Practising certificate or willingness to obtain
Experience at senior management level from a mining contractors' perspective
Highly developed communication skills
A proven understanding of large-scale coal mining, including people management, plant optimisation, planning, scheduling, cost control, and problem-solving
Financial and commercial acumen with a focus on unit rate performance
