Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and scheduling processes.
  • Evaluate compliance with all relevant regulations and ensure best practice is followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing or mining experience preferred but not essential.
  • Proven management and supervision experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-focused and able to build successful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
