- We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a partnering role with a leading manufacturer in the mining and construction sectors.

As the blue collar specialist, you will drive recruitment for 4 regional sites predominantly hiring field or workshop service technicians. Additionally, you will own and support white collar hiring across these sites as it arises.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team at our vibrant Fairfield office 3 days per week, and enjoy the focus of working from home (WFH) for the other 2 days.

- **Showcase your talent sourcing, attraction and engagement skills**:Utilise your expertise and creativity to uncover top talent in a competitive market

**Who you are**:

- ** An experienced blue collar recruiter**:You have a background in successfully handling high-volume recruitment needs, ideally in the mining/ industrial environment, with specific expertise in the technician space.
- ** A strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills**: You excel at building relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
- ** Proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment**: You thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and consistently meet hiring targets.
- ** Resilient, efficient, process-oriented, with excellent organizational skills**: You are highly organized, manage multiple tasks effectively, and remain calm in challenging situations.
