Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects, design engineers, and verification specialists on specifications, verification plans, and test plans
Design, develop, and maintain C/C++ models and supporting systems
Debug, test, analyze, and improve model functional and performance accuracy
Identify opportunities for improving AMD's design and verification environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in C++, software design, and engineering principles
Knowledge of GPU or other computer hardware and graphics APIs
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Data-driven decision making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Experience:
Software development using C or C++
Use of industry-standard profiling and debug tools
Graphics API or graphics pipeline knowledge
Hardware design or verification expertise
Academic Credentials:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
