**Job description**

Due to continuous growth, JCICARE SUPPORT SERVICES is seeking to employ suitable Mental health Support Workers to join our growing team in Brisbane. Our participants require only the best So, if you are reliable, compassionate, patient and committed to making a difference, then this position is for you.

Previous experience working within the Mental health sector is highly advantageous.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Our participant is requiring a FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER**

The task includes; Social support, community access, grocery shopping, meal preparation, picking up medication from chemist and general tidying.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**

Hold a current Cpr and first aid certificate
NDIS workers screening or yellow card and blue Cards
Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain)
Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
Have relevant Mental health support work experience
MUST have a current drivers licence, Roadworthy & Fully Insured Vehicle and a Willingness to Use Own Vehicle to Transport Participants.

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time

**Salary**: $32.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Logan City, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
