OUMI Care is growing and looking for female Mental Health Support Workers to join our team.

OUMI Care is a dedicated NDIS service provider specializing in psychosocial disability support. Our mission is provide impactful care with our participants as our central point we utilize our Guiding Stars: Empowerment, Collaboration, Innovation and Compassionate Care to ensure we uphold our mission.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Mental Health Support Worker to provide dedicated care and support to a participant residing in Ipswich.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in the mental health field is highly advantageous.
- Disability Support Certificates advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver personalized support to our participants.
- Collaborate with the OUMI Care team to provide the highest quality of care.
- Empower individuals on their journey towards improved well-being and fulfillment of their goals and dreams.

**Work Hours**:

- 11 hours per week

**Requirements**:

- Mental Health Experience
- Yellow Card/NDIS Workers Clearance
- Blue Card/Working with Children Clearance
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver's License

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 11 per week

**Salary**: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
