We specialise in training and assessment for the Construction, Mining & Resources, Oil & Gas, Engineering and Electrical sectors.

**About the role**
Our Competency Training team, based in Brisbane, has a range of opportunities for experienced Instructional Designers for immediate and ongoing work with our clients. We are looking for experienced professionals who can hit the ground running to:

- Design and develop resources to support the delivery and assessment of Nationally Recognized training, including, however not limited to:

- Training & Assessment Strategies
- Mapping Guides
- Learner Guides / Assessor Guides
- Presentations
- Assessment Instruments
- Research and evaluate source data to support resource development,
- Liaise directly with Subject Matter Experts for resource development,

**About you**

Ideally, you will have a technical background with experience in operational and maintenance environments. You will also have a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, and have a sound working knowledge of the VET sector and the Australian Qualifications Framework.
