A successful leader in this business will have the ability to adapt, overcome and problem solve, while having the ability to lead with confidence. This is an exciting new opportunity for a strong Store Manager ready to take on more responsibilities and challenges of this Flagship location.

**The Role**:
The purpose of this role is to ensure that your boutique is performing at the highest potential. This role will ensure you have an exceptional understanding of product, driving and exceeding KPI's, meeting company core values while providing excellent customer service and supporting the development of future leaders in your team. You will be working collaboratively with your Regional Manager, you will have previous experience with Visual Merchandising, Styling, Performance Management and Training, while having the confidence to lead by example.

**Experience Required**:

- 2+ years experience in a Store Management role within a retail environment
- Confident with strong decision making skills and attention to detail
- Proven management and operational leadership with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills including coaching and developing of team members.
- Strong communication skills and basic numeric and literacy skills
- Knowledge of financial analysis and planning
- Excellent time management skills
- Sound knowledge, skill and experience in Retail Industry
- Proven capability of implementing business plans and strategies
- Formal training and tertiary qualifications in business or retail management would be well regarded
- Highly motivated and team oriented
