We are seeking an experienced individual to lead the Fitzroy store, driving customer experience, sales performance, and store business growth. As Flagship Store Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating Friends with Frank's flagship store to even greater success.

About You
  • Previous retail management or assistant management experience.
  • Strong sense of style with confidence in offering styling advice.
  • Genuine interest in beautiful product and fabrications.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop and inspire a team.
  • Highly organised, efficient and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire, develop and lead your team of Retail Stylists.
  • Build and nurture authentic relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Drive sales performance and store business growth.
  • Implement PR and customer-based store marketing initiatives and events.
  • Deliver daily and monthly reporting on sales targets, KPIs and insights.
  • Oversee inventory management and store business functions, ensuring operational excellence at all times.
  • Oversee store presentation and visual merchandising.
