Flagship Store Manager

This influential position will include the responsibility to understand and contribute to the established culture and reputation of Harris Blake & Parsons, and see you managing the day-to-day operations of the practice helping to ensure the achievement of practice goals including optimising profits and improving consultation conversion rates as well as playing a pro-active role in creating, leading & executing strategic programs that will benefit the business.

**To be successful for this role we require**:

- Previous Store Management experience
- The ability to develop and build a strong team
- Retail business comprehension.
- Store presentation, merchandising
- Great delegation & follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Salary of $85K+ p/a (negotiable based on experience) + super + bonus
- Opportunity to manage a team of 7+ highly engaged and skilled dispenser/ optical assistants

**Key Relationships**: Principal / Owner Optometrist, Employee Optometrists, practice support team, customers / patients, supplier partners, ProVision.

**Qualifications**: Previous Retail Manager role a requirement in a comparable volume business ($1m+) with experience leading teams to deliver a high touch customer journey (fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or comparable industry).

As the Flagship Manager of the HB&P Eastland practice, you will utilise your outstanding emotional intelligence to cultivate an exceptional team member experience, focusing on optimising KPIs to enhance practice outcomes. Your responsibilities encompass People, Product, Place, and Performance, ensuring a dynamic and successful retail environment.
