**Essential**:
A close working relationship within the business unit including the General Managers, Asset Management Accountant, and Operational Management. External Collaboration is required with dockyards and other key service providers.

**To be successful in this role you will**:
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Strong understanding of the technical and engineering requirements of a planned maintenance system
- Proactive with a sense of urgency
- Constantly places safety first with a sound understanding of QHSE systems and procedures
- High level of attention to detail
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong level of competence in project management

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Support the HQ technical team in coordinating and implementing the** Sertica Planned Maintenance System**:

- Work with internal stakeholders to effectively roll out all elements of the PMS and add on purchasing and reporting requirements.
- Support business unit technical superintendents and crews to understand how to use the PMS
- Provide system improvement ideas

**Do whatever is reasonably practical to ensure that both the workplace and the work itself are safe.**
