Position: Commercial Analyst

Length of Contract: 12-months

Salary / Pay: $50-$70 Per hour + Super

Location: Sydney CBD, New South Wales

Reports to: Commercial Manager

Direct Management Reports: 0 (Potential in future to team lead)

The company:
The client are specialists within the Automotive sector, they are going through a period of fast growth and are requiring support within their Commercial Finance function. They offer a full flexible working model with 2 days a week in the office in the CBD. Working hours are 9am-5pm. **Job Description**:
We are delighted to be partnered with one of the fastest growing Automotive specialists in Sydney. They have approached us specifically to search for an additional head to their finance function. You will be the interface with other divisions and business units to identify and address systemic issues and improve profitability by providing commercial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
Support mechanism to the finance leadership team in driving and implementing key strategic initiatives. Also, Develop and present business models and frameworks which support sustainable profitable growth. Be a key stakeholder in the commercial decision support and analytic function within the growing finance and commercial team. Rationalise the investment pipeline and activities across; retail store network, PMO activities, customer acquisition channels and customer delivery channels. Provide commercial support and develop commercial acumen throughout all layers of the business.

**Requirements**:
Provide financial and modelling support in relation to any commercial initiative. Analyse product and customer performance and develop reporting suites to track. Perform database interrogation and analysis to identify potential margin management issues. Provide detailed analysis on business performance to budget. Be a liaison between sales, Deal Desk, Finance and Carrier.

Possess at least 3 years' experience in Finance or Commercial roles preferably within the Telecommunication industry or an ICT provider - not mandatory. Have demonstrated experience working within complex network of internal and external parties delivering commercial and financial outcomes. Have advanced experience working on spreadsheets. Possess a Bachelor Degree - either in finance, commerce or business.
