About the Role

As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a Change & Adoption Lead to guide Calvary through this change, ensuring that our we are prepared, engaged, and capable of navigating new systems and processes with confidence.

This isn't just any Change & Adoption Lead role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services.

Join us on for an initial 17-month journey in our new Sydney or Melbourne head office on a full-time basis. This position is your chance to be deeply involved in shaping the future from day one, with the added potential for your journey to be extended past this initial engagement.

What Will You Do?
Develop and implement change management strategies for program
Engage directly and manage relationships with key senior stakeholders across the organisation
Measure and monitor progress to ensure change initiatives are delivered successfully and achieve desired results.
