**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Schedule and manage patient appointments with precision
- Handle inquiries and communications promptly and courteously
- Support the team with digital workflows, including dental photography and intra-oral scanning
- Create engaging social media content and contribute to patient engagement strategies

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum **2 years of Dental Reception experience**:

- Strong **communication** and **organizational skills**:

- Knowledge of **dental procedures** and terminology
- Proficiency with **dental office software** and general IT skills
- Experience with **social media platforms** and content creation tools
- Ability to **multitask** and manage time effectively
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and creativity
