We are seeking Support workers who have a passion for supporting individuals in a holistic and compassionate way and who can embrace the uniqueness of each persons journey without judgement. Some requirements of this role include assisting participants in their day to day activities - take to medical appts, shopping, household duties, companionship, park, walks and out and about in the community.

To be successful for this role you will need to have good initiative, be empathetic, resourceful and committed to making a difference.

Experience or lived experience in mental health is an advantage but not essential. The hours are flexible but availability for morning, evening or weekend shifts is an advantage.

You will be required to have a current First Aid Certificate, NDIS worker check, working with children check and a valid drivers license.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $42.07 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 35 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
