We're seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our PeopleConnect team.
You will deliver quality, effective and timely generalist HR advice and case management support to internal customers through face-to-face, phone and email support.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality trusted HR advice and service to all employees on HR related enquiries.
Support self-service and advice and resolution of HR related queries.
Support for people or leader issues.
Performance management issues.
Remuneration and recognition support.
Support the job change and internal transfer process.
Learning/training course advice and administration.
Support the HR Projects team in various people-related projects and initiatives.
Opportunity to support and shadow our HR Business Partners on case management including performance management and absenteeism.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in a systems/process HR role, working in a business partnering role.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
