With five multifunctional spaces – including modular conference rooms for up to 200 guests, two executive boardrooms, and a dedicated quiet zone – every detail at our hotel is considered to empower connection, creativity, and focus.
The hotel delivers a fantastic food and beverage product with Mobius Bar & Grill located on premise - a relaxed and flexible environment, serving in house and external guests.Job DescriptionOur Head Chef Ben, is now in the hunt for a Demi Chef to join the team to create some magic and mouth-watering meals.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for Part-time AM shifts.Your duties include:Perform general or specialised cooking dutiesEnsure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and presentation standardsAssist with the implementation and maintenance of programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and related outletAssist and liaise with chef on duty as required.QualificationsPrevious experience working in a similar role is requiredSafety mindset and ability to foster safety cultureMust have valid Australian working rightsMust be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday mornings 5am-1pmAdditional InformationAt Accor, we believe HOSPITALITY IS A WORK OF HEART
