Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will support our external relationships including ANZ and US media, and other brand partners, to build global brand awareness.

Working with beautiful product and breathtaking assets daily, this is a busy role supporting Coco Republic and the brands hospitality offering L'Americano, working closely with several different internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness of Coco Republic in ANZ and the US. We are looking for someone with a passion for PR and can-do attitude, who is collaborative and great at building relationships.

**Day-to-day responsibilities**:

- **Image management **- support with global image management. This includes management of our asset library and all relevant publicity requests, including for images, press releases and editorial features.
- **Media loans **- support with coordinating product loan and gift requests to secure PR placements and increase brand exposure.
- **Events **- manage events and activations, including for media, trade, and consumer. Support media showings, new store opening and photoshoots where required. Oversee PR initiatives, such as trade and consumer events to drive sales and our retail footprint working closely with the sales team.
- **Agency engagement **- support the Marketing Manager and wider team on working closely with our PR agency. This includes drafting briefs, and other media materials, including assisting with press releases and selecting appropriate marketing materials, ensuring strong brand positioning alignment across communications.
- **Database management **- in conjunction with PR agencies, build and maintain a global community database of key media/design/hospitality contacts and people of substance.
- **Reporting -** monitor brand placements and key competitors in the ANZ and the US market to measure success and work towards continuous improvement.
- Support the Marketing Manager and wider team on other PR and administration work, such as raising invoices, sales orders and internal newsletter communications as required.
