MATTIR is seeking a detail-oriented and digitally-savvy PR& Marketing Coordinator to join our founding team as we bring our debut collection to life. In this dual-function role, you'll support the day-to-day PR program while helping execute 360° brand campaigns across digital, CRM, social, and PR.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and warehouse team to ensure every brand interaction—from first scroll to post-purchase—is seamless, thoughtful, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

- Manage the marketing calendar across campaigns, launches, and comms
- Support planning and rollout of seasonal campaigns
- Write, edit, and proof brand-aligned copy for web, social, email, and internal docs
- Conduct competitor and industry research to bring fresh insight to the team

CRM & Email/SMS Marketing

- Build and schedule email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
- Manage list segmentation, flows, and sign-up forms
- Optimise open rates, CTRs, A/B tests, and overall campaign performance

Paid Media

- Assist in creative briefing and ad copy for Meta and Google Ads
- Liaise with media agency on asset delivery and performance reviews
- Support affiliate programs and paid placements

Influencer & PR

- Coordinate all influencer gifting, seeding, and stylist call-ins
- Manage product send-outs, courier bookings, and gifting inventory
- Maintain tracking databases, contracts, and ROI reports
- Support showroom presentation and PR loan management

Social Media

- Support execution of organic social across IG, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Build and schedule content aligned with brand tone and campaign calendar
- Maintain content schedules and engage with the community

Key KPIs

- CRM: CTRs above benchmark; 2+ A/B tests/month
- Influencer: Gifting confirmed 7 days pre-launch; weekly ROI reporting

- Hyper-organised, proactive, and a confident multitasker
- A strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail and tone
- Excited by fashion, ecommerce, digital, and building something from the ground up
- Comfortable supporting launches and events outside standard hours
