About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to be responsible for the operational planning, management and evaluation of designated services and maintenance of professional nursing within CSDS.
About you
- Manage and lead the design, development and delivery of flagship and bespoke educational packages and programs with a strong focus on ease-of-access to support the identified target audience and quality learning outcomes for the clinical workforce.
- Management of a multi-disciplinary team, utilising contemporary human resource practices and policies including recruitment and performance planning.
- Management of the CSDS human and physical resources to ensure state wide conduct of simulation education can be delivered and maintained, both at the Skills Development Centre in Brisbane and across Queensland Health and the Pocket Centre network.
- Provide clear evidence-based advice to CSDS Executive Management in the area of simulation education support and simulation resources.
