Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the operational planning, management, and evaluation of designated services within our Centre for Simulation and Skills Development (CSDS).

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the design, development, and delivery of educational packages and programs with a focus on ease-of-access and quality learning outcomes for the clinical workforce.
  • The role requires effective management of CSDS human and physical resources to deliver state-wide simulation education across Queensland Health and the Pocket Centre network.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams using contemporary human resource practices and policies.
