We are seeking a full-time Functions Manager to join our talented team at Rozelle's & The Pavilion Carrick Hill and be the driving force behind our events.
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to lead the seamless delivery of weddings, private events, and corporate functions.About the venueRozelle's and The Pavilion are set on 100 acres of heritage gardens just minutes from the CBD.
With sweeping lawns, city views, and a renowned food and wine offering from the team behind Chianti & Bar Torino on Hutt St, it's the perfect backdrop for any event.About the roleAs our Functions Manager, you will be the key contact for our clients from first enquiry through to event day execution.
You will:Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and deliver exceptional serviceCoordinate event logistics, including venue layout, catering, audiovisual requirements with suppliers, the client, and our kitchen and front of house teamsLead, support, and motivate the functions team to bring each event to life and deliver exceptional guest experiencesMonitor and report on event performance, identifying areas for improvementWhat We're Looking ForManagement experience in front of house operations associated with weddings, corporate, and social events and cateringStrong communicator with a customer-first mindset and a warm, professional approachExperience successfully planning and executing a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functionsHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time managementCalm under pressure with the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems on the goService-focused and ready to go the extra mileWhile many hours will be during business hours, the role will require some evenings and weekends for event execution.If you're passionate about creating memorable moments and delivering seamless events, we'd love to hear from you.
