**About you**
You will have 2 - 5 years' experience as an Employment Advisory Lawyer across a broad range of employment matters, including advising on compliance, enterprise bargaining agreements, unfair dismissals, equal opportunity and general protections claims and complex workplace issues. Your previous
You are technically skilled, extremely thorough and have a solid understanding of employment law. Your previous experience will be predominantly from an employer perspective. You will have strong drafting skills, highly developed interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to work as part of a close-knit team with like-minded individuals.

**Your role**
You will be advising our clients on the full suite of employment matters including, but not limited to:

- contractual and legislative rights and obligations
- employment disputes and litigation
- discrimination and termination claims
- equal opportunity
- employee incentive schemes and executive remuneration

You will enjoy working in a close-knit team, have easy access to Partners, as well as the ability to bounce ideas off your like-minded colleagues. Continuing your career as a respected Employment Advisory lawyer, you will be advising our clients on the full suite of employment matters.
This role will give you exposure to great mentors, clients and varied work.
