**The Role**:

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience as an Employment Advisory Lawyer, with expertise across various employment law matters
- Qualification in Australia or New Zealand
- Strong academic track record and excellent analytical skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality legal services
