The Company :

Established in Melbourne, this CBD-based firm collaborates closely with leading architectural practices to deliver landmark buildings. With a number of projects secured, they are looking to employ an additional Structural Modeller in the team.

The Role :

Reporting directly to the BIM Manager, you will utilize your Revit skills to deliver accurate structural documentation and models across various projects. You will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure work is delivered collaboratively and efficiently.

The Requirements :

As the ideal candidate, you will have :

  • Intermediate to senior (approximately 5+ years) experience as a Structural Modeller
  • Familiarity and confidence in modelling to Australian building standards
  • Expertise in Revit Structures, with experience in relevant programming languages being advantageous
  • The ability to independently manage projects
  • Experience with mid-large scale, multistory, commercial, retail, and institutional buildings
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • A collaborative work style

Salary & Benefits :

A competitive salary package is offered, commensurate with experience. The suggested salary range is $100,000 - $140,000, negotiable based on your experience.

Continued professional development is encouraged, including attendance at courses, seminars, and conferences, which will be paid for.
