**Job Title**: Rope Access Drilling Supervisor

**Position Type**: 10 to 12 week contract

**Company Name**: Rutledge Drilling

**Salary**: $120,000/annum plus site allowances

**Location**: Brisbane

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and lead drilling operations, including grout flush, drilling in difficult ground conditions, and driving casing.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards at all times.

Manage geotechnical site activities and provide technical guidance to the team.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in geotechnical site management.

Advanced knowledge of drilling with A Frame, track mounted, top hammer and DTH, and advanced knowledge of geotechnical drilling techniques.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Expertise in geotechnical engineering and ground conditions.

IRATA ticket certification.

Working Safely at Heights certification.
