Job Opportunity

We are expanding our rope access team and seeking experienced Rope Access Technicians (IRATA Level 1+) and Supervisors (IRATA Level 3) to provide rope access services across various commercial and high-rise sites.

  • Rope Access Technicians (IRATA Level 1+):
    • Hands-on experience in rope access tasks, such as window cleaning, minor repairs, or caulking.
    • Safety-focused, punctual, and reliable, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Willingness to learn, follow instruction, and support across different service lines.
  • Rope Access Supervisors (IRATA Level 3):
    • Proven experience leading rope access crews in commercial or high-rise settings.
    • Strong WHS knowledge, rescue preparedness, and client-facing skills.
    • Ability to manage teams, schedules, and documentation with accountability.

About the Role:

  • Full site ownership for Supervisors, including leading crews, ensuring WHS compliance, client handovers, time/resource management, and mentoring technicians.
  • Supporting other service areas during downtime (maintenance tasks, or assisting other high-risk divisions).
