ABOUT THE ROLE
MESHKI is currently looking for a Head of Operations to architect and lead a high-performance, revenue-generating operations powerhouse that fuels our dominance, scales global supply chains with precision and drives relentless efficiency, profitability, and innovation. This role transforms operations into a strategic advantage, ensuring MESHKI delivers luxury-level execution at scale, with seamless speed, cost mastery, and sustainability embedded in every move.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Design and lead a scalable, high-performance operations strategy to enable hyper-growth, automation, and future-proof infrastructure.
Optimise and future-proof the global supply chain by mitigating risks, reducing costs, and navigating trade regulations effectively.
Deliver a premium fulfilment and logistics experience, ensuring fast, seamless, and efficient order processing across regions.
Drive operational profitability by reducing costs, eliminating inefficiencies, and leveraging AI-driven forecasting for smarter inventory management.
Integrate cutting-edge technology and automation, including AI, robotics, and smart systems, to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Enable seamless international expansion through agile, borderless infrastructure and high-performance fulfilment hubs.
Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of speed, innovation, and cross-functional alignment.
Develop robust contingency and risk management plans to ensure business continuity amid global disruptions or economic instability.
Champion sustainability across operations, including eco-friendly packaging, carbon-neutral logistics, and responsible sourcing.
Establish a real-time, data-driven operations command centre, leveraging predictive analytics to optimise performance and decision-making.
Align operations with broader business goals, supporting customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic execution.
Continuously refine and scale operations, ensuring MESHKI remains agile, cost-effective, and ahead of industry benchmarks.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Must have global operations experience at a fashion brand.
Ideally has experience managing multiple 3PLs across global markets.
Minimum of 5 years in a Head of Ops (or higher) role.
Must be able to hit the ground running – we need someone confident operating at pace from day one.
Ability to architect and scale a high-growth operations strategy across global markets.
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, global trade, tariffs, and 3PL operations.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, build predictive models, and drive operational insights using AI and automation tools.
Experience implementing next-gen tech such as warehouse automation, robotics, and smart inventory systems.
Skilled in identifying inefficiencies, reducing costs, and driving margin growth through operational levers.
