**WHAT DOES THIS TEAM DO?**

You will be part of a newly established research data visualisation and operations team, and you will support the next phase of growth at Fiftyfive5. The overarching goal of the visualisation team is to drive digital delivery, design, data quality and best in class digital user experiences.

In this role, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders across our partner teams to provide support on dashboard specifications, design proposals, timelines, costings, process documentation and most importantly the technical build of dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, Harmoni or other platforms.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**What you'll do **

**Dashboard Design & Build**
- Liaising with and advise internal stakeholders on timings, build process, dashboarding costs and resources
- Planning and design dashboard content
- Wireframe check and review data specs
- Dashboard technical build, development, testing, maintenance and user experience

**Data File Set Up & Data Processing**
- Understand data files and data structures, complete data checks, usability and re-shaping
- Analytics of data: transforming, reshaping, and creating calculations and data manipulations
- Quality control and testing of UX experience

**Tools / Technical Skills**
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI
- Knowledge of data calculations and manipulations using R, Python or Power Query, Tableau Prep
- Good understanding of using data in Q, SPSS, Excel
- Understanding of Snowflake and data structures is beneficial

**To be successful in this role you need to **
- Have at least 5 years background in market research, data analytics or design
- Tertiary educated in related discipline plus experience in the market research industry
- Client service skills - in this role you will be working with senior stakeholders within the business plus external clients. You will be highly personable and a strong relationship builder
- Stay ahead and lead visualisation and design techniques and developments in the market research industry
- Highly developed project management skills - must be able to work to tight deadlines under pressure and deliver high quality standards
- Ability to carry out duties autonomously and work effectively in a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills

The Salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 inclusive of superannuation.
