Visualisation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visualisation Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex technical information into engaging visualisations that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

This role offers an opportunity to shape how our company presents itself to the world, creating a lasting impact through design systems that scale across global campaigns, digital platforms and physical environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing for both physical and digital brand campaigns, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, comprehension of layout, colour theory, typography and brand consistency.

You will collaborate closely with marketers, engineers and external partners to ensure design is connected to business outcomes. If you are a designer who is excited by engineering or technology-led brands, and who sees design as a lever for influence, this role may be suited to your skills.

The mid-senior level position involves taking creative ownership of visual assets across print, digital, experiential and motion design. You will champion and evolve our new brand identity, building a visual system that is bold, consistent and future-ready.

As a key member of our in-house creative team, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality results on time. Your expertise will help us communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from engineers to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging visualisations that simplify complex technical information

  • Design digital content that enhances user journeys across web, email and social platforms
  • Craft presentations, sales tools and pitch materials that elevate our storytelling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design
