We span the whole value chain, and a complete set of data skills, and drive value through insights, driving change, enabling better management decisions, and automating decisions with AI (and Machine Learning) live into our business.

As a Data Visualiser at BizCover, your role is to turn data into clear, actionable insights that support effective decision-making and performance monitoring across the business. You will design intuitive, visually engaging reports that help teams quickly grasp key information and understand business outcomes. Using your expertise in visualising business activity, you'll improve the usability of data and reduce complexity across key business units including marketing, product, sales, and customer support to ensure teams focus on what matters most. In this role you will build a framework to ensure consistency and clarity in how data is used, enhancing data visualization and applying best-practice at BizCover. Working across teams with customer responsibilities, you will play a vital role in enhancing insight-driven decision-making.

The responsibilities will be as follows:

• Design and deliver clear, engaging dashboards and reports that help teams across marketing, sales, product, and customer support track performance and make informed decisions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, shape reporting requirements, and ensure outputs drive meaningful insight and action.

• Own the visual style, usability, and consistency of dashboards, establishing and maintaining templates and design standards across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting, streamline visualisation approaches, and enhance the business impact of analytics outputs.
• Work closely with all parts of the broader Analytics team to ensure visuals are supported by the right data structures, and that reporting remains accurate, relevant, and scalable
• Visualisations contribute to key business outcomes by focussing visual narrative towards strategic KPI's. · Data is represented accurately, consistently and ethically.
• Positive feedback from users regarding usability and insight generation.
• Visualisations are easily understood by the target audience.
• Adoption of your visualisations by business teams for decision-making.

• Experience using Power BI to design and deliver business-facing dashboards that drive insight and decision-making. Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to prototype ideas, shape requirements, explain insights, and challenge requests that don't align with business priorities.
• Confident in applying visual design principles to reporting — ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across outputs.
• Working knowledge of DAX and data modelling concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with BI and data engineering teams.

• Experience visualising Customer conversion funnels.

• Experience collaborating directly with a business function such as marketing, sales, product or customer support.
• Exposure to insurance, lending or a subscription-based industry.
