About the role
We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Programs Manager who blends clinical expertise with operational execution. You'll own the end-to-end processes for Fresh Health, working with our subject matter expert doctors to build clinical protocols, then travelling to clinics to train nurses and ensure proper implementation across our expanding treatment offerings.
This is a
6-month fixed-term contract
with the potential to extend. To apply, you must be based in Australia and have full working rights (citizen, permanent resident, or relevant visa holder).
You'll lead protocol development, doctor onboarding, and hands-on clinic training delivery. You'll be responsible for creating medical protocols from the ground up, delivering in-person training to nurses across different treatment areas, and maintaining rigorous standards as we grow.
This role suits a self-directed healthcare professional who excels in high-growth environments. We've established the vision - now we need a practical expert who can communicate effectively with nursing teams, engage healthcare staff, and transform medical knowledge into scalable clinic operations across our member base.
A week in the life
Develop medical protocols, policies, and procedures from the ground up, partnering with subject matter expert doctors
Support doctor onboarding process and conduct thorough full-day onboarding sessions for healthcare team members
Visit member clinics alongside doctors to deliver hands-on nurse training for new offerings and verify correct implementation
Handle day-to-day operations including nurse communication via WhatsApp groups, medical question triage, and supply coordination
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to maintain consistent messaging and seamless processes
Drive expansion across multiple health programs while upholding rigorous standards and quality measures
Build comprehensive training programs and resources that establish our competitive edge in the market
We'd love you to have
Solid experience in
medical protocol and policy development
- skilled at creating healthcare policies, protocols, and procedures from inception
Excellent healthcare communication abilities with proven capacity to connect with nurses and clinicians - understands how to engage and inspire healthcare staff effectively
Independent operator with strong ownership mindset - proactive problem-solver who can manage complete workstreams and advance projects with minimal guidance
High-growth execution skills - comfortable with ground-up building: drafting documents, managing correspondence, juggling multiple priorities independently
Healthcare industry background with knowledge of compliance standards
Experience succeeding in
high-growth environments
where flexibility and resourcefulness are crucial
Willingness to travel regularly to deliver training and support clinic teams across our member base
Why you'll love working here
Remote-first with regular travel opportunities to deliver clinic training
Build the infrastructure for one of our most promising health program expansions
Complete ownership and independence to develop clinical processes and training systems from the ground up
Work alongside a passionate, driven team that prioritises healthcare excellence, accountability, and meaningful impact
Join a rapidly expanding company that's revolutionising healthcare and supporting nurse-entrepreneurs nationwide
Close partnership with medical subject matter experts and senior leadership in a purpose-driven position
