**Description**:
Ausreo is currently experiencing growth due to the upturn in infrastructure and commercial construction projects. It is an exciting time to be part of the Ausreo family with opportunities for career development and progression.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Officer to join our team in Ballarat at our brand new site, reporting to the Trade Service Centre Manager.

As a key member of the Ballarat team, you will thrive in an environment where service, sales and customer solutions are paramount. This role will see you as the face of our company and enjoying being part of the local community. Your day will be varied as you will be involved in sales and enquiries, liaising with customers and external suppliers.

**Some key responsibilities will include**:
Actively promoting Ausreo's products to generate sales
Process sale orders and generate quotations for both walk-in customers and telephonically to customers, colleagues and management
Stock control in the factory
Coordinating production with factory staff
Coordinating logistics i.e. transport and deliveries
Effectively communicating with all stakeholders and dealing with difficult customers effectively
Receiving and processing administration duties

Previous experience within a similar role providing excellent service to Customers (experience in construction or trade environment highly regarded but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Calm and respectful under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong attention to detail
A quick learner with the ability to multi-task
Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Team player

**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday with a rotating/flexible roster
