Overview
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our growing team. This is a leadership role suited to a registered architect with 5–10 years of experience, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about design excellence and project delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from concept to completion
Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio development
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and directors
Oversee site coordination and administration
Ensure high-quality documentation and detailing
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Registered Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad
Solid understanding of NCC, planning regulations, and construction methodology
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in residential and multi-residential projects
Positive, professional attitude and collaborative mindset
