Overview

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our growing team. This is a leadership role suited to a registered architect with 5–10 years of experience, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about design excellence and project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio development
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and directors
  • Oversee site coordination and administration
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and detailing
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
  • Registered Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad
  • Solid understanding of NCC, planning regulations, and construction methodology
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in residential and multi-residential projects
  • Positive, professional attitude and collaborative mindset
