**Your Impact**

An exciting opportunity for a **Maintenance Supervisor - Mechanical** to join our dynamic team based in Yatala, where you will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency by leading a team of skilled maintenance fitters on our Pack 3 - Packaging Line. You will coordinate, coach, and manage the maintenance teams to ensure maximum equipment availability in our production environment.

In this position, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with various cross-functional teams. Your technical expertise will ensure the development and execution of efficient maintenance plans while contributing to process optimization.

Please note - this position requires availability for a rotating day/night shift roster.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee maintenance plan execution, ensuring tools, spares, and SOPs are readily available and up to date.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and manage engineering administration.
- Lead problem-solving sessions, identify potential issues, and facilitate solutions.
- Foster strong team dynamics, implement performance management, and maintain open communication.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards, implementing best practices for a safe work environment.

**About You**

You have experience managing maintenance teams in fast-paced environments, with excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders. Additionally, you possess the following:

- Expertise in high-speed packaging lines (beverage experience preferred).
- Proficiency with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement processes (GEM).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
- Previous experience working with external contractors and overseeing their performance.
- Experience with FMCG machinery and the ability to meet KPIs.
- Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant Engineering and Maintenance Management qualifications.
- Familiarity with manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
