**About the opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our dedicated team in an integral role based at our Mansfield site.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this position is a hands-on maintenance role and calls for someone who has a sound technical knowledge, knows their way around the toolbox, enjoys working with a great team and relishes variety in their day.
**Working in a small team you will be primarily responsible for**:
- Responsible for all break down, preventative and routine maintenance activities
- Provide guidance, support and direction to the maintenance team
- Manage budgeting and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain OH&S and standard operating procedures
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance or facilities management role
- A relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Well-developed communication and leadership skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
