Your New Role and Responsibilities
LAND 156 is a flagship Australian Defence initiative delivering a cutting-edge Counter-Small Uncrewed Aerial Systems (CsUAS) capability. This program will protect ADF personnel and assets from evolving drone threats through a layered system of sensors, effectors, and command-and-control technologies.
Under the direction of a designated Team leader, our team performs the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team:
Develop and Maintain ILS Documentation - Including Supportability Analysis, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), and Maintenance Plans to ensure long-term system sustainment.
Perform Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) assessments and Life Cycle Costing (LCC) to optimise system performance and cost-efficiency.
Define and manage requirements for spares, provisioning, and technical data to support operational readiness.
Assist with codification, configuration control, and obsolescence planning to maintain system integrity and adaptability.
Collaborate with Systems Engineers and OEMs to embed supportability into design, and contribute to ILS workshops, reviews, and compliance with sustainment frameworks.
What You'll Bring to Make an Impact
Qualifications in Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in ILS or sustainment projects within the Defence, Aerospace, or Government sectors.
Familiarity with logistics standards.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
