Job Overview

We are seeking experienced ILS professionals to support the delivery of advanced defence technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning and delivering logistics support frameworks that ensure complex systems are operationally available, maintainable, and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain ILS documentation, including Supportability Analysis, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), and Maintenance Plans.
  • Conduct Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis and Life Cycle Costing (LCC).
  • Define and manage provisioning, spares, and technical data requirements.
  • Support codification, configuration management, and obsolescence planning.
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers and OEMs to integrate supportability into system design.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with sustainment frameworks and standards.
  • Contribute to ILS workshops, reviews, and assurance activities.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in ILS or sustainment projects within the Defence, Aerospace, or Government sectors.
  • Familiarity with logistics standards.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
